You can delete your Mingle account at any time, right in the app, with no email step and no waiting period.
In the app
- Open the Passport tab, bottom right.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap “Delete my account”, then confirm.
Deletion is immediate.
What is erased
- Your account and your passport (first name, photo, date of birth)
- Your quest photos and album photos
- Your check-ins, badges, XP and level
- Your messages in group chats
- Your booked seats: they are released, and the group of each upcoming outing is told
What is kept
Reports and moderation measures about you are kept without your name, for as long as needed for the community’s safety, as the Privacy Policy explains.
You can no longer open the app?
Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete the account and confirm it by email.
