1. Mingle in short
Mingle turns your city into a game. For now, the quests are in Paris. Every neighborhood has its quests: a café, a museum, a park, a viewpoint, a market. You go there, check in on the spot, take a photo of the place, and earn XP and a badge in your passport.
- Solo: solo quests are done whenever you like, at your own pace.
- In a small group: you book a seat in a small outing organized by Mingle, in a public place. The group chat opens for the people who booked, and a photo of the place opens the outing’s shared album, where the attendees’ photos are kept.
Mingle is for adults 18 and over only.
2. Getting help
- Check-in: it opens within 300 m of the quest’s place. Press and hold “I’m here”. If location is off, open your phone’s Settings, then Apps, then Mingle, then Location.
- A problem with a message or a photo: report it, or block its author, from any message in the group chat or any album photo. In immediate danger, call 112.
- Anything else: write to [email protected] with your account’s email address and a description of the problem. We reply by email.
3. Deleting your account
In the app, open the Passport tab, then Settings, then “Delete my account”. Your account, passport, photos, check-ins, badges, XP and messages are erased immediately; your booked seats are released. If you can no longer open the app, write to [email protected] from your account’s email address.
